Support for Bariatric Surgery
Getting support for bariatric surgery is so important. You need to know you’re not alone. Times will get hard. The first few days and weeks after surgery are tough. You are going to need help to get through it, both physically and mentally. If you are lacking support from your family or friends, check out a local support group. You can also find a number of awesome support groups online, especially on Facebook. The community there of bariatric patients is so strong. Having someone in your corner is so important. Remember that I’m always here for you through every step in your journey.
