Welcome to the bariatric lifestyle changes section of Stop Weighting, Start Doing! In this section, you’ll learn how to make lifestyle changes that are permanent. When you go through such a life-changing process, you need to make permanent changes to succeed. I know how hard it is to change 30 or more years of habits. It’s why I believe making small changes overtime leads to the best success. You’ll also find the techniques I used to make sure I was following all the rules of my tool.
Bariatric Lifestyle Changes
Bariatric lifestyle changes requires you to not only change what you eat, but how you eat it too. You need to chew 2o to 30 times per bite and drink at least 64 ounces of water per day. Make sure you eat at least 60-80 grams of protein per day. You also need to add exercise into your life a few days a week. Some other changes are things like avoiding sweet foods and empty calories. They typically provide little to no nutrition. Since we can only consume so much food, you’ll need to consume highly nutritious foods. Some other changes you’ll need to commit to are sleeping better and managing your stress properly.
