Stress management means that we take hold of whatever is stressing us out: finances, jobs, family, a mess home, etc… and deal with it like the boss you are. I understand that life gets in the way, and you’re always going to have stress. For this reason, we need to come up with strategies to manage our stress. Practicing yoga or meditating can help you deal with stress in your life. Working on your hobbies can replace stress eating.
