Sleep
Sleep is essential to weight loss. Not only does it boost your metabolism, but not being tired gives you the energy you need to make healthy food choices and exercise. I don’t know about you, but when I’m tired, I get cranky and unmotivated. Making sure I get enough rest ensures I can stick with the lifestyle changes I’ve made each day. You should aim for 7 to 8 hours of rest per night. In this section, you’ll also find the following subtopics:
