Welcome to the exercising at home section of Stop Weighting, Start Doing! In this section, you’ll find tips and tricks to get a great workout at home. You don’t need to buy fancy gym equipment either. By purchasing some basic tools, like hand weights, resistance bands and kettlebells, you can get get a full-body workout right from the comfort of your living room. You can also try workout DVDs or On-Demand videos to get some cardio in too!

Your home is a great place to start your exercise routine. You don’t have to worry about judgmental eyes at the gym or looking like a fool if you don’t know how to use the equipment. You can also get your husband and/or kids involved too. Exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle. As bariatric patients, we need to make it a regular part of our lives.
