Food doesn’t have to be boring after bariatric surgery. In fact, as long as you’re concentrating on protein and avoiding empty calories, you can eat nearly anything you’d like. Your tool will help restrict the amount of calories you can consume. You won’t be eating a whole lot of any one thing. It’s a chance to be creative and try new foods. Your taste buds may change after surgery, so now is the time to explore a variety of different foods.
